10Gbps雙纖雙向CWDM光收發(fā)一體模塊

描述
FTRS-Cxx1X-xxx型光收發(fā)模塊主要應(yīng)用于光背板傳輸、高可靠性高數(shù)據(jù)率點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)光纖通信、數(shù)字雷達(dá)陣列等各種數(shù)字光通信領(lǐng)域，具有體積小、抗振動(dòng)、抗電磁干擾、耐濕熱等特點(diǎn)。模塊外形使用全金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，將發(fā)送和接收部分封裝在一個(gè)小尺寸金屬殼體內(nèi)，采用12Pin排針電接口，發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)為1310nm，發(fā)射通道和接收通道工作速率可到10.3125Gbps，光接口為可插拔的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)LC連接器接口，工作溫度為-40～85℃。
