描述
980nm單波長泵浦激光器，是一種基于半導(dǎo)體材料制成的激光器，其工作原理主要依賴于電子在能級之間的躍遷。當(dāng)半導(dǎo)體材料中的電子受到外部能量（如電能或光能）的激發(fā)時，它們會從低能級躍遷到高能級。然而，這種高能態(tài)是不穩(wěn)定的，電子會迅速回到低能級，并在這個過程中釋放出能量，這種能量以光子的形式發(fā)射出來，從而形成了激光。由于采用了特定的半導(dǎo)體材料和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，980nm單波長泵浦激光器輸出的激光波長恰好處于近紅外區(qū)域，約為980納米。這種激光具有高度的單色性、方向性和相干性，因此被廣泛應(yīng)用于多個領(lǐng)域。
